day 4

today is the fourth day i've been sick. you know i must feel pretty rotten if i haven't even been on the internet much (less than an hour a day) and i've taken my wedding ring off (cuz it catches on the knitted blanket that's on me 24/7 and i NEVER take it off). *sigh* my symptoms change everyday so i feel progress is being made...

i just looked outside! no snow! i can't see any snow on the ground! it looks awful muddy though! i might step outside for a min later today. it just looks like a gorgeous sunny day! i am so ready for spring. i read on someone's blog that desmoines has received 51 in of snow, double the norm for dm. i know we haven't got that much but it feels like it! i'm so anxious to be able to go outside without bundling lizzie up and big thick blankets! it's such a pain!

super news! my car got fixed this week! it's been sitting in the garage for at least 3 months and it's been broken for at least 3 months before that! the fan was broke and made a horrendous noise! we got an appt for it and he said it would be $25 plus labor (which he rarely charges more than $50 for labor) so i'm thrilled! it is leaking something still, he was supposed to figure out what and why and get back to us but we have yet to hear anything... so i'm still worried about that! :P we will be done making car payments on it this month so i'm super excited about that! i would be more excited if we didn't have to make repairs on it! ugh! oh well!

heather did lots of research this morning and has some new ideas of natural stuff to do for our sickness so i'm gonna sign off for now and try some of those things! i would sure love to feel better today!
